Even if you are only supposed to "observe and report", you can't just stand there while a vicious assault happens 2 feet in front of you.
How can you live with yourself?
Almost as bad is the witness in the green dress asking, "Why didn't they do anything?" when obviously no one did anything, even though it happened right in front of them.

Looks terrible but apparently all involved are complete douche-bags, ie, 'victim' as bad as assailants.....Show me clear...no report. SPD now assigning cops to the tunnel.
