Former Sopranos actor, Lilo Brancato Jr, was sentenced to 10 years in prisn for burglary,
I know most of you are really steamed but remember something:
This was the Bronx and it involved the murder of a cop.
10 Years is pretty good considering the above, in my opinion

The sentence is totally unacceptable. Be it the Bronx or Bel Aire, 10 years is a slap in the face to those who serve and protect as well as to the people they serve and protect. The mutt deserves a lifetime in a cage....or worse.

Brancato, 32, who has already served three years in jail, will likely be behind bars for another five years before being released, said his lawyer Joseph Tacopina.
The above line was taken from the NY Post story.
5 years for killing a cop? and I wouldn't be surprised if it was more like 2 or 3.
Disgraceful!
The judge probably did the best he could with an Attempted Burglary conviction but that still doesn't excuse this travesty.
I spoke too soon. I later found out that the judge could have sentenced Brancato to 15 years.
Screw him too!

First a slap in the face from the Jury, now a slap in the face from the judge! POS should have been convicted of felony murder but since the wonderfully minded jury let him skate on that the judge should have at least hit him with the max! No justice here at all!
