In need of a charity to take Mobile Home Donation

When MrElf's Dad passed away we took charge of his assets which included a Mobile Home.

Since we have no need for it we put it on the market. 5 months later with no takers we decided to donate it to charity but we can't find one who will take it.

The Salvation Army isnt sure if they take mobile homes & say they will get back to me.

Habitat for Humanity will only take the home if there is land that goes with it (there is non its in a mobile home park)

If you guys & gals know of any charities who will accept this home as a donation I would greatly appreciate the lead.

I don't think any of the donation vehicle programs take mobile homes. Have you spoken to the park about buying it? Usually they do. You won't get a hell of a lot for it but it will be off your hands.
