Sinai hospital and the NYFD for people injured as a result of 9/11. It has been learned that HHS has recently been in negotiations to transfer those services to a company outside NYC and require patients to pay up-front for help they now get free. On the one hand these people have been getting f****d by NYC, who refuses to settle legitimate claims made against it. (Congress appropriated $1B for that purpose but NYC refuses to spend a dime of that money other than to pay for expensive dinners and exorbitant salaries for the countless blood-sucking lawyers hired by the city), and now the Feds are doing it. This is how you reward someone who stood up when everyone else ran away?
