Look at the Channel View numbers, subscribers and date they started.

Well, his supporters were definitely more interested in the election process, and it showed on election day as well as in stuff like this.

The disparity between the popular vote (52.9% for Obama and 45.7% for McCain) versus the computer numbers (over 90% for Obama and less than 10% for McCain) just shows that Obama was heavily backed by the younger "You Tube" generation.

I think the numbers on Youtube also show that if the Republican party is going to go anywhere they need to get back in touch with younger voters and grasp technology and the internet better.
Printed material and advertising is useless when it comes to getting the word out. If you own a business, radio show, you name it and fail to have an internet presence you are dead in the water. A small half inch add in the Yellow pages goes for around $60.00 per month. The Yellow pages collect dust in most houses. A Youtube account is FREE. A web site can be created and operated for as little as $50.00 per year.

Also, to reconnect with its REAL base, the Republican party needs to ditch the Neo-Cons, or they will keep losing people like me to alternative parties like the Libertarians.
