The first year I had my own apartment I decided to get a jump on things as far as setting up the tree was concerned but I didn't realize that it was extremely important to keep the tree from drying out. Soooo, it did dry out, all the needles fell off and by the time Xmas came around, looked like something out of a Charlie Brown special. Man, it was pathetic (and a fire hazard to boot) but I still thought it was great.

Love Christmas and everything that goes along with it. I used to sell trees in my yute when I lived in NY.

You wouldn't have these problems if you switched to the other side of the fence and bought an electric menorah.

I wanted to put up the pole, but my wife won't go for it. The airing of grievances is too painful for her, and my son can't pin me so festivus goes on forever!

Great time of year. Every Christmas Eve, we go over to friends to help them decorate their tree.

Almost It was big. About 6' tall but most of the needles had dropped off so there were bare branches everywhere.
