no picture in particular ,I just spoke to my bro in law he said that the new cameras have the longitude and longitude if you open the pic and get pic info then you go to google earth.

If it is a tall metal tower with a lot of Americans in front of it it is probably the eiffel tower

I thought you meant where it came from on the internet.
The new cameras coming out have GPS built into them and it saves this information in the photo file.
Its like when you open a pic and it tells you what kind of camera took it.
I think you are using a Mac so im not sure how to get that info exactly but your photo editing software should allow you to see the file information in a seperate menu.

E you are right when I click on a picture in Iphoto and if it came from a new phone/camera I can op it and get all kinds of info like camera ,make exposure,file,and gps info
