I like pastrami,and mustard on mine...others like corned beef with Russian or Thousand Island dressing...what is Your choice? also add some recipes....

Oh My Bad I forgot I was on The Law Enforcement Rant... darn Martha Stewart has Me all mixed up.... but from My experience most Guys& Girls OTJ know a good sandwich...and The Rueben was always My favorite...now I will have too google where the name came from....

My favorite is made at Killmeyer's on Staten Island, and I believe it is pastrami. I like the REAL German sauerkraut that they use and I believe their dressing is something different also.
