He wants to celebrate the end of the Wuhan Flu Quarantine with what else? A big Ticker Tape Parade! This man is beyond stupid. He's responsible for the severity of the problem in NYC because he, his Health Commisioner (Felony Stupid) Oxiris Barbot, John Liu and other City Politicians tried to shame NY'ers into attending the Chinese New Year Parade. They all claimed that anyone who avoided it was a "Racist!". Now a lot of those who listened to those morons are dead. I will be avoiding this idiot's parade again!

Considering both deBlasio and Cuomo are crying poverty for both the city and the state, an expensive parade...a ticker-tape parade, no less, requiring massive cleanup and overtime....is galatically stupid.

De Blasio is much worse that Cuomo, as Cuomo still believes he has a political life ahead of hi. De Blasio knows that he is toast in every spectrum and he is just on a tear to make change when none is needed at times.
Funny thing about this dick head is that the New York Press allows him to exist much like they wink in Chicago.
