The LGBTQ etc community was very upset when Samaritans Purse set up hospital facilities in Central Park, said they were homophobic, sexist etc. Probably the only reason Bid Bird did not appease them was that the City needed the help. Wonder if the rainbow people will be triggered by the federal funding.

I'd much rather see Samaritan's Purse and the Salvation Army show up on a disaster scene than the Red Cross.

Red cross and salvation army are the two most reliable to show up in a disaster. Samaritans purse does wonderful work in some of the most remote areas and impoverished countries in the world. All are dedicated to healing the human being.
No other president would have even halted WHO funding. President Trump knows the value of a hard earned dime.
