In reality, exercise is good. People who exercise are in overall good health too. You don't find clusters of diabetic people going for walks or pumping iron.
Unless of course you follow Richard Simmons.

Someone has to take the lead and I do hope that it starts to show people that if we are careful, no one has to become a hermit.
Cuomo and De Blasio will have an hour news conference on this tomorrow and Chris (Fredo) will have another mishap in the Hamptons soon !
