Are we supposed to believe that he reached that position but never took a class in ConLaw or even read a book on the subject?

What an asshole.

What he conveniently forgot (as do most Democrats) is that his Oath of Office for governor requires him to "uphold the Constitution of the United States," as well as the state constitution. 

You can't expect too much from these politicians. And Murphy is the poster child for that.
