CPD Jason Van Dyke sentenced on 2nd degree murder charge

Interesting statement by the judge. On the 16 counts of Agg Bat, which is a more serious charge, he said it all happened within 60 seconds and then said he considered the Murder the more serious event. Nice segway out of the min 6 years sentence for each Agg Bat.

The war on cops by antifuds needed a head on the chopping block.  It had to be a white male cop as well. First was Officer Darrin Wilson, then Officer Daniel Panteleo, hell they even tried with citizen George Zimmerman until they realized  the Zimmerman name  didn’t necessarily mean a white guy.  Officer Jason Van Dyke was the perfect target and timing to get their trophy kill.
Shoot, comrade Barack got the whole thing rolling when he said Cambridge Sergeant James Crowley acted “stupidly”, even before reading the Sergeant’s report on arresting his pal.

This case with Van Dyke was an all around tragedy. I feel bad for the guy, simply because I keep thinking..." there for the grace of God...."
These are really frightening times I have to say. And to add to what Crownvic said , in the case of Darrin Wilson, the DOJ and everyone else checked this guy out 100%, to the point where they probably knew what he had for breakfast the day they talked to him, they found nothing on him , ( and I know they were hoping to find something on him just so they could fuck hjim ) and yet the spineless powers that be wouldn't publicly acknowledge that he had done nothing wrong, of course we know why. To appease the savages, the animals who burned their own town down ,parasites who serve no purpose, and yet, Wilson had to run like a thief in the middle of the night, and go somewhere as if he was in the witness protection program...what a shame. Obama, Holder, Lynch, parasites as well, pieces of dog shit , the three of them couldn't make a pimple in Darrin Wilson's ass .

Didn't this judge assign the sentence based on the number of shots fired by the cop?

That should send a chilling effect to cops on the street today.

And wasn't there a case (I don't know where) where the cop's actions were justified by the department, but the DA indicted anyway, and the judge said something like, the first two shots were "legal," but the second two were "criminal"?

As we approach 2020 the War on Cops will become more and more intolerable...and more and more important for the Democrats....and, perhaps, especially in cities like NY, Baltimore and Chicago, and anywhere in California.

In his sentencing statement, the judge said he considered the 16 agg bats as one event since it occurred in less than 60 seconds and that he considered the 2nd murder the most serious charge and applied the sentence to that charge and not the Agg Bat's.
In Illinois, Agg Bat w/firearm is 6 years to 20+ years on each charge, served consecutively, while 2nd murder is probation to 20 years. Citing dissent in People v. Lee. the judge ruled the 2nd D murder more serious.....
