NJ is a state whose taxes are beyond burdensome, to the level of punitive, yet this clown, Murphy, has decided to give $7M to Planned Parenthood as his first move.
I'm sure those going to NJ because it's a Sanctuary State will be happy to hear that their American citizen children will be properly delivered, if nothing else.
This is the first bill Murphy plans to sign as N.J. governor

Gov. Phil Murphy will sign legislation restoring state funding for New Jersey's family planning and health clinics at a ceremony Wednesday, making it the first bill to become law under his administration.
Murphy, a Democrat, made the announcement Monday at a tele-town hall with supporters of Planned Parenthood, the women's health care provider that lost state funding for eight years under Republican Gov. Chris Christie.
"You all have been up against a governor and an administration that opposed funding women's health as a matter of politics, not as smart policy," Murphy said. "Turning our state around to again stand for the right values starts here and it starts now."
Murphy used his inaugural address to call on the state Legislature to restore $7.5 million in funding.
He said those who helped Democrats win the state elections last November and successfully pushed to restore family planning funding should not let up now.
"People's hair is on fire for good reason," Murphy said. "We're going to have to stay that way. We still have in President Trump and the Republican leadership in Congress a mindset in Washington that is hostile to our values and refuses to acknowledge the importance of investing in the health and future of our nation's women."
U.S. House Republicans tried to cut off federal funding for Planned Parenthood in their legislation repealing the Affordable Care Act, and Trump proposed doing the same in his budget for the 12 months beginning Oct. 1.
In addition, Trump called on Congress to try again to repeal the health care law and called for an end to the program by which New Jersey and other states expanded Medicaid coverage with the federal government picking up most of the tab (BUT...for only two years or so. After that, the entire tab is on the state! As it is, NJ, NY, CT, cannot afford what they pay now!)
Murphy urged those on the conference call to turn their attention to this fall's races, where U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., and all 12 U.S. House seats will be on the ballot.
"It's our immediate charge, while we're getting New Jersey right, to make sure we continue the passion, the level of engagement, in those elections this year with the hope to take one, of not both, of those chambers back nationally," Murphy said. "If we do that, we have a whole different reality."
