Wow, didn't know that. Read an article where it said Lady Gaga sang it Live, while Whitney sang it live into a dead microphone, but her recorded version just a week earlier was piped through. Apparently it was NFL policy to play a "protection copy" to avoid any slip ups while taping live.
Good find. Goes to show you can learn something every day.
