First off, you have to do a "save as..." of the .gif and save it on your computer.
Then, go to the "Reply" box and, up top, where it says "Edit Attachments," upload the .gif you saved on your computer into the Reply box.
It will look small, but the reader can click on it and see the full thing, as we see here......
