but for me the job died when Giuliani was elected. Yes he was pro cop in public because it benefited him but he ruined the job and took money out of our pockets.
Giuliani was NEVER pro-cop. He was pro-control and cops were just a tool to that end. He made a living locking-up cops before he ran for mayor.
