Has anyone else noticed the increase in Dole failures after 20 years? They get their pension but no letter.
Official misconduct is one misdemeanor that gets you fired. But you still get your pension.

Also the cop would have to be convicted before he received a pension. So if he or she was charged but not convicted and quit under charges, then got the pension before conviction, they would keep the pension
