I do not think he is collecting his pension at all. 2014 he collected his base pay. 2015 he took in another 5k for the entire year and 2016 $ 848. I think they really nailed him.

These two shithead perps managed to fuck up federal homicide cases, put law enforcement lives at risk and receive slaps on wrists because strings were pulled at the federal prosecutors office.
