When I was 18 I worked in the canteen of the Wernersville state hospital. There was a guy who tried to shoot his head off by putting the barrel in his mouth. He only had one eye, one ear, no nose and a small gaping hole for a mouth. He had to feed himself with a big plastic syringe with puree foods. It was so gross
