refusing to enforce ICE warrants
refusing to notify the feds of illegal immigrant criminals.

This guy was actually in the USA LEGALLY......BUT...under that visa which allows one alien to "invite" as many people he knows to enter the country under the guise that they are all "family."
Here's an LA Times story about how Trump railed against this visa program after the guy ran down everyone on the bike path in Manhattan in October:
“The people put in that lottery are not that country’s finest,” (Trump) said, adding that the program created “significant vulnerabilities” for national security.
