It seems that the working theory right now is that the perp was on his way to Times Square with his bombs, as per the recently reported "instructions" by ISIS via their in-house magazine.
DeBlasio continues to repeat the the political line on all this: "There are no credible threats on NYC at this time...." Please tell me what terror attack, here or anywhere in the world, where Ahmed took time out to call someone to say he was going to blow up or shoot up a place? There are none. They think the people today are as stupid as the people who were around during the Mad Bomber days (1950s), when he DID call in, not only a threat, but where exactly the bomb was. When deBlasio said that, I would have asked him, "What time did you get the 'credible threat' for this attack?"
The only redeeming thing out of all this is that the press and the politicians realize it's no use trying to protect the Muslims anymore, because the media, with the sources, find out anyway. And when that happens, the pols can't deny the "who" anymore.
In other words, Islamic Terrorism has now become real to these clowns.
