Drilling like this won't help much at all, even the article says it. We need to seriously focus on alternative energy. If the Auto Industry is getting bailed out, it should be HIGHLY contingent on them making this shift a priority. They would not only rebound, but possibly once again become the foremost auto producers in the world. Otherwise, they are worthless and the bailout is a waste.
