The Fart Tax idea is nothing new. Our VERY liberal gov't. had proposed this in the early 2000's and again in 2007. It was just one thing in many that caused their political demise; they were soundly voted out of office this past election, much to my delight. Ahhhh! The aroma of (not so fresh) silage in the morning!
