You will most likely NEVER see this on the market.
It would fall under a few statutes depending on jurisdiction and "any other" would be just one that might fit this product if it came into production but the lawsuits by the end users would put them out of business in no time. The website claims the ATF has given it the go ahead but time will tell.
It's also interesting that this company has not one picture of the actual final product posted yet. Their website isn't even operational.
Could be wrong but others have tried to produce similar weapons and failed.
Long and short of it is that if you are so fragile that you need a firearm in this configuration then you most likely can not qualify with it or show any proficiency at all. Liability would fall directly on your shoulders and then the manufacturer would be added to the list.
I wouldn't buy any stock just yet.
