I remember my first apartment. Money was tight. Furnishing it consisted of a few cinder blocks and two boards.
That was my bench/sofa, my coffee table if eating japenese style, and my stereo shelf while entertaining.
Home depot had it priced for about $4,299.99, but I saved with direct buy and it cost me around $250.00. The membership fee was about $2,000 bucks and I saved .. Ummm.. let me get some scratch paper....
