Charlie Rangel, the chairman of the House Ways and Means committee (which legislates how the rest of the country is taxed), has been caught cheating on his taxes again!
There is no way that a person in such a position misunderstood the tax laws. He is merely a common thief that got caught.
This is the guy who, besides his earlier thievery that he was slapped on the hand for (that would've sent either you or me to jail), was complicit in the murder of a NYC Police Officer in 1972.
