It always bothered me to hear city people move to more rural areas, obviously because of all of the benefits of living there, and then make fun of the people who actually are from there...
Hey, AG, I'm from LI, but my best friends live in Wallkill, and I visit them several times a year. They've been up there since 1991, and I love going up there, and am familiar with the area.
