Not that close to the city, a world away. Don't eat the food in there. I am convinced it's the mother ship and if you eat the food, they make you one of them.
The nearby hamlet I live in is honestly very well known for it's supposed extra-terrestrial activity. In fact I've heard it described as the Area 51 of the East Coast.
