members can decide whatever skin they wish to use.
The new darker
version is just something I was working on and finally finished it.
We have the following skins available
original blue version (law enforcement rant skin) this has
the lighter blue/gray border.
original blue version with a blue and dark blue border (LER skin 3 blue/blue dark)
and the new Grey background and DARK blue border. (LER Dark 2009)
The users can change them at any time in their profile settings
under SELECT SKIN.
