And, to POPPA who sold their soul to the devil by entering into an agreement with the department to not be permitted to treat cops who are modified; this so that they could get $2 million in funding from the nypd.

They do NOT help MODIFIED or SUSPENDED cops. So what use are they? I know a modified detective who they refused to help EVEN THOUGH HE IMPLICITLY LET THEM KNOW HE WAS GOING TO RAM HIS CAR THROUGH THE NEAREST TELEPHONE POLE to end the harrassment he was receiving at the hands of the Department. They told him that they couldn't help him bcs he was modified yet promised that someone else would call him back - NO ONE ever did. I had to leave my house and drive around until I found him and talked him out of it.
Also, another modified SGT was being harrassed by the DEPT and they also refused to help him, citing their "agreement" with the Dept. The sergeant followed through, got a gun and KILLED HIMSELF.
I'm not sure if Lt. Pigott sought them out, but there was a man needing help and he wasn't GOING TO GET IT FROM POPPA.
