Chief of Tansit

First week in a new command he goes to a community meeting and tells the "militant Democrats" in attendance that he instructed the troops "not to beat prisioners" when in fact we had no such problem. Now the residents think we are routinely tuning up the local perps.  Later he bounces me from a nice slot because he didn't like the answer I gave to a question even though it was the truth. He replaced me with the Boro Chief's girlfriend. There are other such stories, but those two come to mind.....
