First things first glad she escaped serious injury or death. That being said she appears very matter of fact around the perp and lackadaisical. Had she been paying attention to where she was standing she might have avoided this. Just because the cuffs go on does not mean the fight is over. In my day the perp would have gotten a complimentary tune up and oil change to dissuade him from ever doing that again. I guess those days are over?
