great idea. judging by the shit they let in, the dept that handles immigration has to be overhauled or better, just abolish it. Facebook, Google and the rest of them will just have to find Americans for their high paying jobs instead of importing hundreds of Indians. The State Dept, at a Foreign Embassy, is where all Visa Applications start. An Embassy worker interviews the foreign applicant, and then makes a determination, to see if the foreigner coming to the USA, is eligible under what ever Visa rule the foreigner is applying under. |
