NJSP gets involved, then Newark PD, through the tunnel and PAPD joins in. into the 1st division so the 1st, 5th, then the seventh and ninth pcts plus Transit and Housing in close. around lower Manhattan and up over the willie be to the BQE over the Koz into Queens. then you have half of Brooklyn North involved and Queens Marines as well as Highway.
