I wonder if, at some point, Cuomo and deBlasio will have to agree to fence-off certain segments of the city just to keep the virus localized, in order to protect the productive members of the population. Something along the lines of a leper colony.
I swear that both of them are kicking the recovery can down the road for two reasons: to keep it active until November, and to avoid having to place a substantial amount of blame for the contagion of the virus on the Usual Suspects, knowing that compliance to any degree from them is impossible.....
