This event sounds like it is FEMINIZED: not only majority females who either came up with the idea, or sponsored it, or supported it, or appear in it -
But dominated by FEMALE COGNITION (even by the men involved).
Notice, there is no "war footing" here. There is no "seek out and destroy the enemy".
Instead, it's like something out of kindergarten and grade school, where the feminization process starts: teachers almost all female; male values suppressed or shunned; emphasis on "safety" and "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything".
