Im sure while the officer was trying to effect a lawful arrest and the perp was violently resisting, said perp tried to disarm the cop, hence threatening the cop with DPF, so the cop was justified to beat the clown senseless. In fact, he showed mercy by not grabbing his off duty and blasting the perp. 😎
