Combat Information Center Watch Supervisor
So, kinda on topic, but without cops involved, me thinks. last week I was speaking with a neighbor and a friend of hers while walking my dog and on my property and had ten feet or so separation wise. some white dude I noticed as acting peculiar, in that he'd keep on looking over at US as he strolled on by across the street while talking into his cell intermittently. since Old Dominion University is close by and their cops are not really being used as normal and they have a GAOE of a one mile radius to play cops and they take full opportunity to do so, Norfolk PD hates them and calls them wannabe's and they are right, i had it in the back of my mind that this was one of the wonder kids playing social distancing cop. i asked him at least five times as he looked over at US, hey what are ya looking at. he'd walk a bit more and look again and i'd repeat myself a bit louder. neighbor picks up on this and asks me what i'm doing. she knows my background and i explained to her of nefarious possible criminal behavior might be afoot. well douchebagg decides to cross to our side and keep on doing his walk talk into his cell phone and lil ole me with mr sig sauer on my hip. when he got a view of that he was really wide eyed. rapidly left the area and about ten minutes later a ODU cruiser creeps on by. by this time the neighbor was inside and i had my dog and covered up mr. sig. cruiser stops and i recognize the guy. we nodded our nods and i said to him to keep his wayward children on the campus and he said he'd try as he is a boss. phucking stupid shitte like that is gonna get some citizen or worse a Cop injured.
