I feel sorry for the cops put in that position, but we, they, are not duty bound to obey an unlawful order. You must make sure what you are going to enforce has past the constitutional test.

I don't think its unreasonable to tell people of the benefits of social distancing, or to disperse a crowd that is disorderly on any given day. Issue the summons, but then what? Nada, zilch, zero. Leave and go figure out whats for dinner.
