Stupid for the cops to do. Even as a rookie before cell phones were a thing I was always warned to be careful of how I used the loud speaker. That said, should have been handled in house. ESPECIALLY given the manpower issues. Either a weeks worth of sh!t assignments or a CD. Keep it moving.
