To the "NO" voters: I understand where you're coming from and I respect your thoughts. I did my 4 years in the Navy and was proud of doing so. I fully understand the need for "chain of command" and secrecy.
My question to you is this: do you think for one second that the Chinese didn't have the exact same problem on their ships? And in saying that, wouldn't it stand to reason that the US Navy was probably experiencing the same problem?
