21 MILLION cancelled Chinese cell phone accounts in 2 months

I know a family that resides in Chy-Na We are familiar through another persons business venture. (That is another story) But I can tell you that cell phones and the interweb are strictly controlled by the Chy-Na authorities. Communicating with them is difficult as the government routinely shuts down certain web sites and ISP's. We have had limited communication with them since the start of this. They report that there is a heavy government hand (heavier than usual) clamping down on everything.
With that said...I wouldn't lose sleep if their entire population disappeared. None can be trusted
