Blah, Blah, Blah. How about a more precise two paragraph scathing truth about the circumstances the NYPD rank and file face. Enough with the long winded diatribes. Get to the point, drive it home again and again, and tomorrow do it once more. People are overloaded with too much information. You lose their attention after the first few lines.
