This is why I did not get a Stimulus Check

For the past few years I have owed the IRS money after completing the yearly returns. Even though the money was transferred directly from my checking account to the IRS, they are depositing checks to those who had a direct deposit refund. I had to go here www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments, to register my checking account to receive the check. I did this today.
