That can mean two different things:
1. The fact that whites built the modern world and went to the moon. This would be like "Black Supremacy" in basketball: something that can be observed.
2. Actual white supremacy organizations who believe that whites should rule over other races. As far as I know, these are small organizations with few members and little influence.
This is where the parasite-instinct left comes in and does their "blurring trick":
Just like they blur together legal and illegal immigration, and just like they blur together semi-automatic and automatic rifles, so here too, they blur together the two different meanings of "white supremacy". The idea is to more effectively attack one of the two meanings, and, by way of blurring and deliberate confusion, damage both meanings (make whites look bad, or at least make 'em feel guilty).OUTSTANDING Next comes the parasitic, exploitative shakedown (of white resources).
