I think the only people who would buy an apartment anywhere near the top probably never heard of "9/11."
I think the lowest elevation an aircraft can fly over Manhattan is 2,000 feet. This place is 1,550. They'll obviously have to increase the minimum height. But, even with that, imagine the feeling of the occupants all the way up there every time a low-flying aircraft flies by?
Some of us who heard the 2nd plane into the WTC still cringe when a low-flying plane comes overhead.
