It is easy for the Liberals to call crime/response hereto an “effect” when in reality it is their fault. Affirmative inaction is an effect. Fifty plus years later and things have gotten worse. The PJs are an effect. If it is so good why do Liberals not live there. I can’t stand donating to a “Cause” when in reality it is the Liberal effect.
