The Cars The Cars - a perfect album. Great music in the vast wasteland of 80s music. Ocasek was the reason why ugly boys wanted to be in a rock band. He looked like Icabod Crane but scored Paulina the supermodel as his wife!!! Thanks Rick for the great music! R.I.P. dude and rock on! I think there was a lot of good music of the ‘80s, just most of it wasn’t played on mainstream radio. There was also very few good bands, The Cars were the exception, most good songs came from 1hit wonders. |
