But I cited the CBS article in my post. It simply DOES NOT say that He 'solicted sexual favors form prostitutes and minor children"

I understand the desire to smear Clinton. And I beleive the end justifies the means. So if someone could get Clinton or Soros or his kids in jail for some fake charge - good they have done enough harm that they would deserve it.
But I dont understand this childish, transparently flimsy crap charges. What's the point? It just makes the right look pathetic. Is that the point?
